Job summary

Idaho Falls Community Hospital is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. You will assist patients with needs and procedural preparation and recovery before and after interventional cardiology and radiology procedures.

Under the supervision of the pre/post procedure RN, you will provide basic nursing care, monitor telemetry patients, document details in Cerner EHR, and communicate changes to the team. Prior CNA/Monitor Tech experience preferred and BLS is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and CNA certification.
• Current unencumbered CNA certification and BLS.
• Basic dysrhythmia or telemetry training completed within 6 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and prepare for interventional cardiology and radiology procedures.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of the pre/post procedure RN.
• Document procedures in Cerner EHR accurately.
