Job summary

Advocate Trinity Hospital in Chicago is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager for Telemetry, full-time, 40 hours/week, with 24/7 accountability. The role offers competitive pay ($51.05–$76.60 hourly) and comprehensive benefits.

The manager will lead planning, budgeting, staff development and interdepartmental coordination to ensure high-quality telemetry/medical-surgical care. IL RN license required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• 2+ years of management experience in telemetry/medical-surgical.
• 4+ years of RN clinical experience with 2 years in telemetry/medical-surgical.
• RN Licensure in State of Illinois.
• Strong organization, planning and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, management, implementation and evaluation of operations/services to ensure quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Preparation and administration of budgets to ensure adequate personnel, facilities, and supplies.
• Responsible for the selection, development, motivation and evaluation of staff.
• Maintenance of effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Responsible for personal and professional growth and development.
