Job summary

Requirements include California RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and telemetry/critical care experience. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is available for eligible full-time applicants.

Qualifications

• Active, current RN license in California
• BSN preferred (preferred)
• BLS and ACLS required
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to lead and supervise clinical staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily unit operations and coordinate staff assignments
• Supervise RNs, LVNs, and CNAs and provide coaching and performance input
• Collaborate with physicians and health-care team to ensure safe, effective care
• Develop and communicate plans of care in collaboration with treating physicians
• Ensure compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and hospital standards
