Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ACLS and BLS (may receive after hire).
• 0-6 Months of experience Required.
• 1-2 Years of experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in population appropriate communication.
• Observes cardiac monitors for abnormalities in heart rate and rhythm or equipment malfunctions and communicates findings to caregivers.
• Ensures telemetry equipment is cleaned and tested for patient use.
• Records patient data and observations in the logbooks and communicates promptly with the RN.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrates teamwork, respect, and supportive behavior with the care team.
