North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, FL is seeking a seasonal RN for a 13-week contract with day shifts, with potential for Full Time or PRN placement. Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in Medical/Surgical/Cardiac/Stroke units and familiarity with telemetry.

The RN will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per policy and nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
• Monitors telemetry data and responds to arrhythmias with physician input.
• Collaborates to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Maintains infection control, safety standards, and proper patient documentation.
