Job summary

You will monitor telemetry data, administer medications, assist during procedures, respond to emergencies, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of RN Telemetry/Cardiac experience required.
• Current RN license in state of Arizona or Compact State Licensure.
• BCLS and ACLS certification required.
• Knowledge of telemetry equipment and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies and nursing processes.
• Documents patient assessments and reports changes in condition to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions as appropriate.
