Job summary

Catholic Medical Center, part of the HCA Healthcare family, seeks an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT) for part-time days. You will work under a RN, performing advanced clinical tasks and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities include observing patients, assisting with ADLs, phlebotomy, telemetry, IV removal, and wound care, plus lab collection and light clerical duties to support seamless care delivery.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• CNA certification is required.
• New Hampshire LNA license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of acute hospital LNA experience preferred.

• Assist patients with daily needs (ADLs) such as eating, drinking, bathing, and mobility.
• Provide advanced care including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, removing IV lines and catheters, and wound care.
• Assist with collecting lab samples and clerical duties to keep care running smoothly.
• Anticipate patient needs, respond quickly, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.

Part Time Days, 24 hours per week, 7a-7p, working every other weekend Saturday and Sunday's with rotating holidays.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT) , you will be an important part of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, you will perform advanced clinical tasks and help create a safe, welcoming environment where patients and families feel valued and respected.

• Observe patients, document changes, and communicate them with the nursing team
• Help patients with daily needs (ADLs) such as eating, drinking, bathing, and moving safely
• Provide advanced care, including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, removing IV lines and catheters, and care for wounds
• Assist with supporting tasks like collecting lab samples and assisting with clerical duties to keep care running smoothly
• Look ahead to what patients might need, respond quickly, and help ensure every experience feels seamless and compassionate

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant
• New Hampshire LNA license required
• High School Graduate / GED required
• 2-3 years of acute hopsital LNA experience preferred
