Looking for a Flexible Remote RN Role Where You Can Deliver Care from Home on Your Own Schedule?We’re seeking experienced and tech-savvy Registered Nurses with compact licenses to join a growing telemedicine team. This role focuses on phone-based clinical triage, post-discharge follow-ups, and care coordination—particularly in medical weight loss and GLP-1 management.

If you do not have a compact RN license and experience with GLP-1s or medical weight loss, please do not apply.

What’s in it for you:

• Flexible Schedule: 1099 Independent Contractor – Work a minimum of 20 hours/week in at least 4-hour blocks. Choose your hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Competitive Pay: Per consult compensation with earning potential up to $60/hour

• $10 per completed consult

• $5 per no-show

• Fully Remote: Deliver care via phone and chat.

• Added Benefits: Malpractice insurance (1M/3M with tail coverage) provided.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active and unencumbered compact RN license required (must reside in the state where the compact license was granted); additional state licenses are a plus

• Experience: 3+ years in clinical settings such as telemedicine, acute care, or case management

• Clinical Background: Must have experience in medical weight loss and GLP-1 medications

• Technology Skills: Comfortable using multiple platforms (e.g., EHR, Slack, telehealth tools) simultaneously

• Availability: Minimum of 20 hours/week, with daytime, evening, and weekend availability required

• Preferred: Prior telemedicine experience and fluency in Spanish
