Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide in-person and telemedicine care for adolescents and adults. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, prescribing medications as appropriate and coordinating care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires board certification, a Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and adherence to Thriveworks' clinical guidelines.
Qualifikationen
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
- Experience: 1 year psychiatry; 3 years total preferred.
- Must be licensed and reside in the practicing state.
- In-house ADHD treatment standards training and certification.
Aufgaben
- Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations in in-person and telemedicine settings.
- Treat clients aged 14 and up.
- Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
- Develop and refine care plans with clients.
- Complete required paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
- Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
