Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own schedule and are compensated per completed consult on a 1099 basis, with hourly pay estimates varying by visit length. This role suits those licensed in five or more states and seeking flexible, remote work.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment decisions, labs interpretation, and documentation, all supported by a streamlined EMR and provider-support team.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Strong communication skills and clinical excellence.
• Willingness to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with schedules submitted a week in advance.
• Preference for licensure in AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX; QuickMD covers additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
