Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and respond to patient needs.
• Conduct focused patient assessments and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and educate patients/families on care and post-discharge steps.
