Job description

About the Role

We're looking for board-certified Gynecologists to help provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
  • Complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices.
  • Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consults, prescribing medications if needed, and providing necessary medical guidance. Additionally, charting, addressing patient questions, and responding to administrative tasks and messages.

Requirements and Experience

  • Required Medical License: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Required Certification: Board certification in Gynecology
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Gynecologist specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.
  • Independence: Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.
  • Webside Manner: Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.
  • Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.
  • Telemedicine: Experience is a plus!
  • Location: Must reside in the United States
  • State Licensing Requirements: An active state license in Colorado. In addition to an active state license.
    • We require providers to hold licenses in at least two or more states.

We collect all active state licenses in our application process, and if we do not have an immediate need for your specific licenses, we can easily revisit opportunities in the future if your experience aligns.
