About the Role

We’re looking for board-certified Endocrinologists to help provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
  • Complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices.
  • Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consults, prescribing medications if needed, and providing necessary medical guidance. Additionally, charting, addressing patient questions, and responding to administrative tasks and messages.

Requirements and Experience

  • Required Medical License: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Required Certification: Board certification in Endocrinology
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience as an Endocrinologist.

Women's health experience is a plus!

  • Independence: Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.
  • Webside Manner: Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.
  • Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.
  • Telemedicine: Experience is a plus!
  • Location: Must reside in the United States

State Licensing Requirements

Allara has expanded care to all 50 states and is actively partnering with additional payers to broaden patient access. As our coverage grows, our state licensing needs will fluctuate. We collect all active state licenses in our application process, and if we do not have an immediate need for your specific licenses, we can easily revisit opportunities in the future if your experience aligns. We require providers to hold licenses in at least two or more states.

What Allara Offers

  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in the US.
  • 1099 Contract Agreement: Enjoy the flexibility and independence of a contractor role.
  • Flexible Schedules: Set the hours that best fit your lifestyle and availability.
  • Malpractice Insurance: Comprehensive coverage provided.
  • Collaborative Community: Engage with and learn from a network of dedicated Allara providers.
  • Inclusive Work Environment: Be part of a supportive, diverse, and collaborative team that values innovation and inclusion.

At Allara, we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
