Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency with computer and surveillance software.
• Ability to track multiple sites during shifts.
• Excellent communication and team work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 and multi-monitor setups.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras for breaches and unauthorized access.
• Oversee safety and security of company facilities and assets.
• Use surveillance software to view and control cameras.
• Respond to alerts and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed incident records and actions taken.
• Assist in developing surveillance protocols and procedures.
• Review footage to identify risks or vulnerabilities.
• Handle driver support calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
