Position Description: Who We Are: NIP Group www.nipgroup.com is a rapidly growing insurance service provider of specialty programs for commercial insurance brokers and carriers providing underwriting, distribution, product management, administration, and risk management services primarily by acting as a managing underwriter (MGA) and a Reciprocal Services Manager (RSM). Location: Remote What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for sourcing and cultivating insured leads
  • Cold calling from list of insureds to generate leads
  • Cold calling from list of generated leads to verify lead information
  • Manage, grow, and develop brand awareness
  • Consistently capture and track sales prospecting activity in system
  • Represent the company with professionalism during every prospective and existing client interaction
  • Support company-wide marketing and sales initiatives
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma
  • Insurance or financial industry experience a plus
  • Basic Insurance knowledge
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
  • Results and goal driven mentality with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort and confidence engaging with others as well as the outstanding ability to create open dialogue
