Job description

Talascend is seeking qualified candidates to apply for a remote Telemarketing Leads Specialist position.

DESCRIPTION:

The primary responsibility of this role is to work alongside the Service Product Management team to generate and qualify leads from ROC campaign calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. ROC Campaign Leads
2. Work in close collaboration with Product Managers to qualify leads through a call campaign initiated by digital marketing efforts.
3. Call target customers directly as needed to promote the ROC campaign.
4. Manage the ROC Campaign Leads Dashboard, including reporting and sharing sales data.
5. Pull weekly reports from main service pages, Salesforce, and key campaigns; share these with the sales teams.

SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills are a must.
• Proficiency in Excel, with intermediate functionality required.
• Ability to quickly learn processes.
• Resilience and persistence in facing daily challenges to pursue business goals.
• Remote work is supported; candidates in EST/CST are preferred.
• Work shift: 1st Shift.
