This isn't a high-pressure sales role - instead, you'll spend your time having meaningful conversations with our current customers, learning about what's happening in their lives, and helping identify opportunities where our team can better serve them.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to current customers to build relationships and strengthen client connections.

• Document important customer information and conversation notes in our CRM.
• Coordinate with the agency team to schedule follow-up conversations when appropriate.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience by making every interaction warm, professional, and personal.
