Position Overview

Our State Farm agency is growing and we are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter/Lead Coordinator to help connect our potential customers with our licensed insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, following up on leads, and setting appointments for our licensed agents to review insurance options. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys talking with people and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This position focuses on lead follow‑up and appointment setting, not selling policies.
