A mental health service provider is seeking a Telehealth Therapist to deliver evidence-based addiction and mental health treatments. This role includes individual and group therapy, with a requirement for a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology and at least one year of relevant experience. Broad Statement of Responsibilities: The Telehealth Therapist at All Points North is responsible for delivering evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment in accordance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Services are provided via telehealth and include individual and group therapy, psychosocial assessments, and treatment planning.
The therapist functions as part of an interdisciplinary team, contributing to the development, implementation, and review of individualized treatment plans consistent with patient needs, program requirements, and best practice guidelines. The role requires accurate documentation in compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF, HIPAA).

Education: This position requires Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited college or university. Relevant work experience and education may also be taken into consideration.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing treatment for individuals with addiction and/or mental health disorders in a clinical setting (RTC, PHP, or IOP). Experience in trauma therapy preferred but not required.
Active, unrestricted clinical license in good standing (e.g., Psychologist) in a Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) eligible state required. PSYPACT Passport preferred and will be required to obtain upon hire. The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology and the temporary in-person, face-to-face practice of psychology across state boundaries.
Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products knowledge a bonus.
