Job summary

Legion Health offers psychiatrists (MD or DO) the opportunity to practice psychiatry through telehealth with meaningful clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling. Positions are available full-time and part-time, designed to support clinicians' well-being and professional growth while delivering evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work in telehealth with patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
