Job summary

Legion Health is seeking exceptional psychiatrists (MD or DO) across the United States to provide evidence-based telepsychiatry with meaningful clinical autonomy and a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Full-time and part-time roles available. The model emphasizes clinician well-being, administrative support, and access to top-tier tools, including AI-enabled care, for high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, diagnosis, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Leverage technology and telehealth systems to deliver reliable care.
