Affect Therapeutics seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a remote role focusing on addiction treatment through telehealth. As a PMHNP, you'll lead member care, supported by a team of counselors and case managers. You’ll deliver evidence-based treatment for Stimulant Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder via telehealth. We don’t prescribe controlled substances, and medication decisions are made at the provider's discretion. You must hold an active, unrestricted license in the state you're applying for .
Conduct telehealth evaluations after members complete biopsychosocial intakes.
Monitor progress through monthly appointments.
Prescribe medications as needed and answer member questions.
Complete notes in our EHR (Healthie) and follow our clinical protocols.
Work with a supportive team and attend occasional meetings (scheduled in advance).
You’ll need a private, quiet home office with reliable internet for HIPAA-compliant conversations. This role may involve periodic meetings with Affect’s internal teams, and reasonable accommodations can be made if needed.
