Overview

Note: This is a remote position, but you must be licensed in and live in South Carolina.


Note: Candidates must be full-time only, MD or DO, board certified in Internal or Family Medicine, 2+ years post-residency, with experience managing chronic conditions. Telemedicine experience is a plus. Must have at least 3 available APP supervision slots.

Job Description


  • Conduct virtual initial screenings for member enrollment using established clinical guidelines

  • Manage medication and prescriptions via the companys proprietary platform

  • Monitor member symptoms and provide guidance or interventions as necessary

  • Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs)

  • Respond to occasional member voicemails for clarifications or medication concerns

  • Offer clinical input to enhance internal tools and technology

  • Travel for chart reviews (approximately twice a year)

  • Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled


Qualifications


  • MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Active South Carolina medical license (must reside and practice in SC)

  • 23 years of clinical practice experience

  • Comfortable providing telehealth care and working on video-based platforms

  • Strong collaboration skills with NPs and PAs

  • Open to being on-call periodically and adopting new technology platforms
