Job summary

Rula Health is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join our network as an independent contractor. You will deliver psychiatric care via telehealth, with support handling credentialing, insurance verification, and billing. Requirements include a CA license, PMHNP-BC or PMHNP-C, and DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted PMHNP license and valid CA DEA number.
• 1+ year PMHNP experience with mental health assessment and crisis management.
• Independent licensure or asylum with collaborating MD as required by state law.
• PMHNP board certification (ANCC/AANPCB) and PMP registration.
• No adverse actions in past 3 years; compliant with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, psychiatric workups, and treatment planning including medication management.
• Care for patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
• Utilize EHR and telehealth platform; coordinate with Care Coordination and Support teams.
• Ensure sessions: 60 min initial, 30 min follow-up; maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows.
• Rula handles credentialing, billing, and marketing so clinicians focus on patient care.
