About the role

The Telehealth Physician at AgelessRx will work as part of our medical team, providing prescriptive services focused on longevity. Responsibilities include reviewing patient prescription requests, assessing medical histories, and addressing patient inquiries.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to patient care, passionate about longevity, and experienced in remote consultations. This is an hourly position, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including at least 10 hours of synchronous work.

What you'll do

• Review prescription requests and assess medical histories to determine suitability
• Collaborate with admin and support staff to resolve patient inquiries
• Conduct synchronous and asynchronous patient consultations, providing ongoing care
• Develop prescription plans based on guidelines and medical judgment
• Support patient adherence and build strong relationships
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency
• Participate in continuing education and training
• Maintain accurate documentation within EMR, complying with healthcare regulations
• Ensure patient confidentiality per HIPAA standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of physician experience outside residency
• MD or DO degree from an accredited school
• Licensed in at least 5 states, with willingness to obtain more
• Willing to supervise nurse practitioners
• Experience in telehealth
• Technical proficiency with healthcare platforms and tools
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Interest in longevity is a plus
