QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual telemedicine team.
You will provide high-quality care across addiction medicine, primary care, and related fields via our platform, with a focus on accessibility and patient-centered outcomes. Work is independent contractor based, with 15–20 hours per week and a transparent per-visit compensation model ($35 per completed consult, up to $210/hour for shorter visits).

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based) — $105/hour at our standard 20-minute visit length, with effective pay increasing up to $210/hour as physicians transition to shorter visit times. Our top 10% of physicians earn $260K+ annually . This role is best suited to physicians who can commit 15–20 hours per week .

Whether your background is in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this role offers the opportunity to practice modern, high-quality medicine outside the constraints of a traditional practice. All work is fully virtual.
Physicians are engaged as independent contractors (1099); Form 1099 is issued annually. Required training, including buprenorphine/MOUD training where applicable, is completed as part of onboarding.
