Base pay ranges from $103,376 to $149,115 annually, plus incentives and broad benefits. Eligible for shift incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive health, retirement, time off, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree or Higher.
• PT License in state of Practice.
• BLS

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
