Job summary

Centurion Health in Bonne Terre, Missouri, is seeking a Telehealth Patient Facilitator to join our full-time team at Eastern Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center. The role coordinates and monitors telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff serving the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Applicants with a healthcare background and administrative experience are encouraged. Must have TB documentation and be certified in first aid, CPR/BLS, and AED use; background verification

Qualifications

• Background in healthcare preferred.
• Administrative and/or medical assistant training preferred.
• Experience in correctional mental health setting preferred.
• Must show tuberculosis documentation.
• Must be certified in first aid, CPR/BLS, and AED use.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, facilitate, coordinate, and monitor telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff.
• Support telehealth services for patients within Missouri Department of Corrections.
