We're seeking a talented and empathetic PMHNP to join our team on-site at one of our partner facilities. Supportive Care works with assisted living communities, health and rehabilitation centers and skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Establish open lines of communication with individuals struggling with mental or emotional issues
• Conduct Psychological Evaluations as needed
• Provide expert Medication Management on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as needed
• Maintain and submit accurate and detailed documentation
• Develop personalized treatment/medication plans that cater to each patient's unique needs
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license
• Active DEA or ability to obtain
• Active Malpractice Insurance or ability to obtain

• Competitive compensation: $800-$1000 per day or more, depending on experience and license
• Flexible scheduling: self-determine your schedule between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday
