Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct therapy services remotely to a Washington-based population. The role involves collaborating with onsite school staff and building rapport with students while participating in IEP teams and developing IEP goals.

The candidate must hold an active OT license in one or more states and NBCOT certification, with at least one year of school-based experience and the ability to work across time zones.

• Compensation is $40-48 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions
• You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
