Job summary

Tier1usa in the United States is seeking an occupational therapist for a Washington-based remote role. You will provide direct OT services and collaborate with onsite school personnel to support students’ development and participation in school activities.

You will participate as a direct member of IEP teams, helping to create meaningful IEP goals and ensure progress. Licensed OT and NBCOT certification are required, with flexible scheduling across time zones and strong tech skills to work

What you’ll do

About you

• Compensation is $40-48 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions
• You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
