Upstream Rehabilitation is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Telehealth team!
We are expanding our telehealth team and seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with expertise in both orthopedic and cognitive therapy in our North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee markets. Our mission is to empower individuals through accessible, evidence-based, and compassionate care—delivered virtually.
As an Upstream Telehealth Occupational Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans using our secure telehealth platform, helping patients achieve their functional goals from the comfort of their homes.
Highlights:
Status: Full-Time (35-40hrs/week)
