We’re hiring a full-time, remote Nurse Practitioner to deliver quality care to Medicare and Medicaid members — no clinic stress, no guesswork, just great work.

The Role:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

• Employment: W-2 with full benefits

• Location: 100% Remote (no travel!)

• Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year

• Focus Areas: Preventive and risk-based virtual visits

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

• Performing and documenting risk assessments

• Closing HEDIS care gaps

• Managing HCC, ICD-10, and CPT II coding accurately

What You’ll Need:

• Active NP license in California (CA)

• AND at least one additional license from the following states:

  • Kentucky (KY), Georgia (GA), Wisconsin (WI), Maine (ME), Ohio (OH), Connecticut (CT)

• 1+ year experience in Family or Internal Medicine

• Registered with Medicare and Medicaid

• Comfortable working across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines
