Role Description The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, providing virtual clinical care to patients focused on hormone optimization, medical weight management, and performance-related concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting telehealth consultations, reviewing medical history and lab results, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans, and prescribing appropriate therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines and state regulations. The role involves ongoing patient follow-up through secure telehealth platforms, monitoring treatment response and side effects, and providing education on medications, lifestyle changes, and long-term health strategies. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff, maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record, and support high-quality, patient-centered care that aligns with concierge service standards.
Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona; national board certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP) and eligibility to obtain or maintain licensure in Florida preferred.
• Experience or strong interest in endocrinology, hormone optimization, men’s health, and medical weight management, including comfort interpreting lab results and adjusting evidence-based treatment plans.
• Proficiency using telehealth platforms and electronic health records, with strong documentation, clinical decision-making, and time-management skills in a virtual care setting.
• Excellent patient communication skills, including the ability to explain complex clinical information clearly, provide motivational counseling, and build rapport in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, maintain confidentiality, and follow all applicable regulatory and safety standards.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; prior experience in outpatient, primary care, or men’s health settings is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a concierge model, with a focus on responsiveness, personalized care, and high patient satisfaction.
