As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will provide virtual medical consultations for patients referred by dental clinics, managing various medical conditions through comprehensive telehealth approaches. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations using synchronous (real-time), asynchronous (store-and-forward), and remote patient monitoring approaches.
• Perform comprehensive medical evaluations for routine, preventive, pre-operative, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with dental professionals in an interprofessional setting to provide integrated patient care.
• Document patient encounters thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Work with assigned billing and coding specialists to ensure proper claim submission.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and self-paced training programs.
• Maintain compliance with state-specific telehealth regulations and medical board requirements.
• Monitor and respond to patient data through remote patient monitoring systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license.
• National certification from AANP or ANCC.
• Active DEA registration.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health records.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy regulations.
