Zusammenfassung

Pelago seeks Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our Behavioral Addictions program providing CBT-based telehealth treatment. You will carry a caseload, perform clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans as part of a collaborative clinical team.

You will conduct structured intakes, monitor outcomes with validated measures, maintain documentation, and coordinate transitions.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPC licensure is required.
• Licensure in multiple states is strongly preferred; LPC compact licensure is advantageous.
• Experience with behavioral health conditions and CBT-based therapy is desired.
• Competency in CBT and experience with Motivational Interviewing is preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth delivery and structured assessment tools.

• Conduct structured clinical intakes and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based frameworks.
• Deliver CBT and Motivational Interviewing within a structured treatment model.
• Monitor member outcomes using validated clinical measures.

• Coordinate care transitions when indicated.
• Participate in supervision and contribute to program development.
