Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of LMHC providers. The role is remote and allows complete scheduling autonomy. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows and late cancellations.

Providers must be licensed in WA, hold LP licenses (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) and have an NPI, and provide telehealth. Providers maintain autonomy with no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles insurance enrollment, billing, claims, EHR, and admin support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth LMHC sessions (53 minutes).
• Maintain notes and documentation per session.
• Coordinate with Rula admin for billing and scheduling.
