Job summary

Rula is expanding its telehealth network in Washington and seeks LMHC/Licensed clinicians who can serve clients remotely. Providers work as 1099 contractors, with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles billing, claims, and insurance enrollment.

Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, paid biweekly with direct deposit and no-show/delay protections. You decide client load and hours, and can opt into in-person sessions with a small pay uplift.
