Job summary

Rula is expanding its WA provider network and seeks licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC contractors. Providers handle sessions via telehealth, with 1099 contractor status and schedule autonomy. Weekly scheduling is flexible, with no minimum caseloads and comprehensive admin support.

Compensation includes $80 per 53-minute session, guaranteed payments every two weeks, and protections for no-shows and denied claims. Washington-licensed clinicians with NPI are eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in Washington as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number on file.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Licensed Mental Health Counseling services via telehealth to WA clients.
• Maintain client notes and treatment plans per regulatory standards.
