Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians with a 1099 contractor model, offering full session autonomy and no minimum caseload. Providers can deliver telehealth and manage their own schedules while joining a supportive infrastructure.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), guaranteed direct deposit every two weeks, and protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Washington-licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Licensed in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth.
