Job summary

One Stop Recruiting is seeking a Telehealth Licensed Therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) in Atlanta, GA, to deliver trauma-informed care to clients recovering from neurological injuries. This full-time, permanent telehealth role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and a pay range of $75,000–$85,000 per year, DOE.

Responsibilities include trauma-focused therapy via telehealth, assessments, treatment planning, documentation in the EHR, and collaboration with a neurology team.

Qualifications

• Active, current independent clinical licensure in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Experience with trauma-informed care or brief therapy models.
• Ability to provide telehealth therapy.
• Experience with CBT/DBT/EMDR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-focused, short-term therapy via secure telehealth platform.
• Provide individual and group counseling for clients with neurological injuries and conditions.
• Conduct clinical assessments and formulate diagnoses.
• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans with clients, families, and the neurology team.
• Collaborate with neurologists, rehabilitation specialists, and referral teams to support continuity of care.
• Manage cases, including coordination of services, referrals, and follow-up.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold ethical practice and risk management protocols.

Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Telehealth
Pay: $75,000–85,000 per year (DOE)

Overview:

Our neurology practice in Atlanta is seeking a licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to expand our mental health services. You will provide trauma-informed telehealth care to clients recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and other neurological conditions. New grads and experienced clinicians alike are welcome to apply.

Position Offers:

• No nights or weekends
• Work-from-home position
• 7 scheduled sessions per day, with natural variability due to cancellations and no-shows

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Active, current independent clinical licensure in Georgia: LCSW, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Comfortable providing care via telehealth
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage a structured caseload; professional, reliable, and client-centered
• Experience with trauma-informed care and/or brief therapy models, and additional state licenses, preferred
• Experience in neurology, rehabilitation, or brain injury programs preferred
• Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) preferred
