Job summary

HCRC Staffing seeks a Neurologist, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine physician for a 100% remote concussion and TBI-focused telehealth practice. Flexible PT/FT, nationwide patient base, licensing across many states required. Strong earning potential with compensation of $450,000–$550,000.

You will evaluate, manage, and document care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Board certification preferred; multiple active state licenses (10+) highly desirable to enable nationwide coverage

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• 10+ active state licenses strongly preferred
• Experience with concussion/TBI/neurology or related fields preferred
• Telehealth platform experience recommended

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations and obtain detailed medical histories
• Evaluate and manage patients with concussions, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and related neurological symptoms
• Review diagnostic testing, imaging, and prior medical records as appropriate
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans
• Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment options, recovery, and ongoing management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Concussion & TBI-Focused Practice | Part-Time or Full-Time | 100% Remote

We are seeking a Neurologist, Family Medicine Physician, or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing concussion-focused medical practice providing telehealth services to patients nationwide.

This is a fully remote opportunity offering excellent flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to work with a growing multidisciplinary medical team.

Important Licensing Requirement:

Candidates must currently hold multiple active state medical licenses. A minimum of 10 state licenses is strongly preferred, with additional state licenses highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations and obtain detailed medical histories
• Evaluate and manage patients with concussions, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and related neurological symptoms

• Compensation will vary based on schedule, patient volume, experience, and availability

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Multiple active and unrestricted state medical licenses required
• 10+ active state licenses strongly preferred
• Experience with concussion, TBI, neurology, sports medicine, or related patient populations highly desirable
• Comfortable providing care through a telehealth platform
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-management skills
