Job summary

Community Health Resources (CHR) is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for the Child Outpatient Program. This telehealth-only, part-time role is based in Manchester, CT, and follows a fee-for-service model.

The role involves diagnostic evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, and families, through individual, group, and family therapies, with ongoing documentation and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health field.
• Licensure requirements include LMSW/LPCA/LMFTA; LCSW/LPC/LMFT preferred.
• Experience with children, adolescents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and evidence-based treatment for children and teens.
• Document progress and outcomes, maintain client records.
• Develop discharge plans using natural supports.
• Collaborate with families and other service providers.
• Perform crisis assessment and intervention when needed.
• Participate in supervision and program meetings.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
