Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients in Washington, DC. You will maintain a flexible schedule, provide care to diverse clients, and use modern clinical technology.

The role requires independent licensure in DC, a commitment to at least 15 sessions weekly, and a willingness to work within a supportive clinical community with ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed to practice in Washington, DC.
• Available for minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Clinical generalist open to couples and children.
• Proficient with telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care via telehealth.
• Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in supervision.
