Job summary

Rula Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide remote, insurance-covered therapy to adults via telehealth in an independent contractor role. You’ll conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based treatments (CBT, DBT, ACT), create collaborative treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation in our EHR.

You’ll practice in a remote-first setting, supported by a mission-driven, multidisciplinary team focused on expanding access to high-quality, inclusive mental healthcare nationwide.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical psychologist with independent licensure.
• Experience delivering teletherapy to adults.
• Proficient with CBT, DBT and ACT modalities.
• Ability to work autonomously without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy to adults via telehealth.
• Conduct assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
