Allara is hiring board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners to deliver exceptional care to women with complex hormonal and metabolic conditions via video visits.

We offer an inclusive, fully remote role across the U.S. with competitive base salary and incentive compensation. A strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, multi-platform tech fluency, and collaborative care defines our clinical approach.

Formación

• Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of consecutive experience in women's health and chronic conditions.
• Autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; compassionate and clear.
• Virtual care proficiency across EMR, Gmail, calendar and video tools.
• Telemedicine experience a plus.
• Active licenses in multiple states ( CA/NY/FL autonomous preferred) and others as needed.

Your Impact

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care
• Complete required trainings and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care
• Dedicate a full-time focus to patient care, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate

Primary Clinical Focus

• PCOS, Hypothyroidism / Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause / Perimenopause / HRT, PMDD, Obesity / Weight Management, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, and Anxiety/Depression (mild to moderate)

Required Qualifications

• Certification: Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions
• Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity
• Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
• Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
• Telemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plus
• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: Minimum of 3 active unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses: at least 2 in CA, NY (autonomous), or FL (autonomous), plus 1 or more in additional states based on forecasted hiring needs.

What Allara Offers

• Annual base salary range: $120,000 – $130,000, and can increase up to $172,500 - $182,500 through our incentive compensation program.
