Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Medical License in Oregon and Washington.
• Board Certified in Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Life Support: BLS (ACLS preferred).
• Experience: 4+ years in urgent care/telehealth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth urgent care to patients in a timely, patient-centered manner.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate patient care and referrals.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
