Live Well Homecare is seeking a technology-forward professional to enable care across outpatient rehabilitation clinics. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining EMR, telehealth, remote monitoring, and patient engagement tools to support therapy services through efficient digital workflows.

You will train and support clinicians, ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling, and collaborate with therapists and leaders to improve workflows and outcomes through digital solutions.

• Strong understanding of EMR and digital health technology used in clinical settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain systems, and deliver effective clinician support.

Responsabilités

• Implement, optimize, and maintain EMR, telehealth, remote monitoring, and patient engagement tools.
• Support physical, occupational, and speech therapy services through digital workflows.
• Train clinicians, provide ongoing technical support, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Partner with therapists and clinic leaders to analyze outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive digital solution adoption.
