Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Digital Health Specialist to implement and optimize technology-enabled care tools, including EMR, telehealth, and remote monitoring, in outpatient rehab clinics. You will train clinicians, troubleshoot issues, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data integrity while supporting patient engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital health technologies and clinical workflows in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, telehealth platforms, remote monitoring devices, and patient engagement tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, training, and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, support process improvements, and work collaboratively in a patient-centered environment.
