Rula Health is building a nationwide network of licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate behavioral health care. As a therapist, you will have schedule autonomy and access to a supportive team, with credentialing, billing, and tech support handled on your behalf.

You can offer telehealth or in-person sessions, arranging your own office space if you provide in-person care. The role emphasizes quality, measurable client outcomes, and a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP.
• Ability to provide telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support are provided by the employer.
• ACI: schedule autonomy with team backing.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth or in-person therapy sessions.
• Engage in case consultations and participate in professional learning opportunities.
• Maintain clinical standards and measure client progress during visits.
• Utilize provided tools and guidance to deliver quality care.
